How exciting! A new region to explore and a brand new journey. Of course, that also meant checking in with the appropriate authorities. A hassle on it's own, but it did prevent anyone from giving her much any trouble on the road. Besides, checking in with the local Professor could be intriguing. At the very least, a run down of the Pokemon distribution would be likely... As long as the girl remembered to ask. Though her demeanor was calm, the raven haired sixteen year old was bursting at the seems, and had been for the last week while she made her preparations. Kalos was a beautiful place, and Snowbelle among the top cities, but now was the time for Charlotte to branch out --Maybe bring a little bit of class to the Avana Region.
Island weather was not exactly what Charlotte was used to. No snow. Just sun, and it was hot. Too hot for her long sleeved dress. Even the Litwick resting on her shoulder shifted uncomfortably. "Almost there. I know. Hopefully the lab has air conditioning. I'm going to start sweating soon..." The usual sing-song in her words gone, falling victim to the (to her) sweltering heat, "Would you like to go back in?" She asked, holding up the pokeball. The little ghost-type shook it's head with a short 'Lit' in reply, and Charlotte stowed it back inside of her bag. What a brave little guy, given the opportunity, she'd certainly have taken the pokeball route. Maybe it was cooler in there? Froslass seemed content and it was an ice-type. With sweet relief trainer and Pokemon pushed their way into the lab. It wasn't as cool as Snowbelle's eternal winter, but at least the sun was gone. Charlotte blinked, taking in her surroundings. "Oh, Hello?" Anyone home? Well that wasn't very professional. The Professor had to be here somewhere.
Litwick, the naughty Pokemon he was, hoped off his shoulder perch. Taking advantage of his trainer's lack of attention, he promptly found a desk with stacks of research to play with. Tossing papers this way and that, before Charlotte took notice. "Oh no! Litwick! Don't touch that! That's important, I'm sure!"
